Build Your 2018 Human Capital Management Plan

As the automotive industry enters an uncertain period of declining volume, increasing regulations and disruptive business models, dealers must manage their human capital strategy as a core and critical function of their business. In partnership with Cox Automotive and NADA, on September 19, Hireology will bring together 100+ General Managers, Dealer Principals and HR leaders to discuss strategy and tactically build their 2018 human capital management plans.

A provided Human Capital Management Playbook will guide the day’s discussion. We’ll assess competencies, identify gaps and formally develop 2018 human capital management plans. Audience members will glean insights from both large- and small-group discussion, and all will be encouraged to actively participate and share their unique plans/experiences.

Attendees will leave with immediately actionable insights and a unique plan to drive profitability and transform their workplace into a source of sustainable competitive advantage.

Keynote: Building Your Human Capital Playbook to Win Your Market

Adam Robinson, Chief Executive Officer, Hireology

Dealers seeking to build a resilient and high-performing business have a completely untapped competitive advantage right under their noses – their human capital. Fully loaded, dealership employees consume approximately 50% of your gross – a dealer’s single largest operating expense. Yet, most dealers don’t take advantage of the innovative processes and tools available to drive financial results through a better people strategy.

In this keynote, Hireology CEO, Adam Robinson, will set the stage for a day long discussion of human capital best practices and performance benchmarks of today’s top-performing dealerships. He’ll further demonstrate step-by-step how the average dealer, through the implementation of these concepts, can generate over $300,000 in profit improvement per store.
